SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in text messaging programs offered by On Target Ventures LLC, d/b/a On Target Guns, including the On Target Guns VIP Text Club.

By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from On Target Guns, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

The On Target Guns VIP Text Club may provide messages regarding special offers, new inventory, classes, training, events, store announcements, holiday hours, promotions, customer service, orders, and other On Target Guns information.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from or on behalf of On Target Guns at the number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology when permitted by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and may depend on promotions, events, inventory, classes, store announcements, and other business activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees according to your service plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel participation at any time by replying STOP to an applicable On Target Guns marketing text message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

6. Help

For assistance, reply HELP when supported by the applicable messaging service, or contact On Target Guns using the information below.

7. Re-Enrollment

If you previously opted out and later wish to receive messages again, you must provide new consent through an available On Target Guns opt-in method.

8. SMS Privacy

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, SMS consent records, or SMS opt-out information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may provide information to vendors or service providers that assist us in operating our messaging program.

9. Opt-In and Opt-Out Records

On Target Guns or its service providers may maintain records related to SMS consent, including telephone number, opt-in date and time, method of opt-in, consent language presented, messages sent, opt-out requests, and other records reasonably necessary for compliance.

10. Number Reassignment

You agree to notify On Target Guns or opt out if you stop using or controlling the mobile number you provided.

11. Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

12. Transactional Messages

Opting out of promotional SMS does not necessarily prevent lawful communications through other methods regarding active orders, transfers, shipments, layaways, classes, customer-service requests, accounts, or security matters.

13. No Guarantee of Product Availability

Promotional text messages do not guarantee product availability, pricing, eligibility to purchase, legal eligibility to receive a firearm, background-check approval, class availability, or continued availability of a promotion.

14. Firearms and Regulated Products

SMS messages concerning firearms, ammunition, suppressors, or other regulated products do not override federal, state, or local law. All transactions remain subject to applicable legal requirements and On Target Guns policies.

15. Service Changes

On Target Guns may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of its SMS messaging program at any time.

16. Relationship to Other Policies

Participation in the On Target Guns SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Firearm Transfer Policy.
