These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ontargetgunsfl.com, purchases made through or in connection with our website, and certain interactions with On Target Ventures LLC, doing business as On Target Guns.

By accessing or using our website, submitting an order, creating an account, registering for a service or class, or otherwise conducting business with us through the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. By purchasing or attempting to purchase, transfer, receive, or acquire a regulated product through On Target Guns, you represent that you meet all applicable legal requirements for that product or transaction.

2. Firearm Purchases and Transfers

All firearm transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. An online order, payment, reservation, deposit, or confirmation does not guarantee that a firearm can legally be transferred to you.

• ATF Form 4473 may be required
• Applicable background-check requirements must be satisfied
• Age, residency, permit, and waiting-period requirements may apply

3. Actual Buyer / Straw Purchases

You may not use On Target Guns to facilitate an unlawful straw purchase or other unlawful transaction. We may cancel or refuse any transaction when we reasonably suspect fraud, false information, unlawful activity, or circumstances making completion inappropriate or unlawful.

4. Background Checks

Background-check determinations are outside the control of On Target Guns. A firearm will not be released unless and until On Target Guns determines that the transfer may lawfully proceed under applicable law and our store policies.

5. Delayed or Denied Transactions

If a transaction is delayed, pending, denied, or otherwise not immediately approved, On Target Guns may retain possession of the firearm until the matter can lawfully proceed or is otherwise resolved. On Target Guns is not obligated to transfer a firearm merely because a minimum statutory or default-proceed date may have passed.

6. NFA and Other Regulated Items

Purchase or payment for an NFA item does not constitute authorization to possess or receive that item. Transfer occurs only after required approvals and legal requirements are satisfied. Government processing times and approval decisions are outside our control.

7. Out-of-State Firearm Sales

Firearms may be required to ship to a valid FFL. The purchaser is responsible for selecting an eligible receiving FFL, confirming acceptance, providing accurate FFL information, paying receiving-dealer fees, and complying with applicable destination laws.

8. Local, State, and Federal Restrictions

Product availability on our website does not mean the product is legal to purchase, receive, possess, transport, carry, or use in your jurisdiction. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.

9. Online Orders, Inventory, and Pricing

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to verify inventory, pricing, legal eligibility, payment, and other transaction information. We may correct pricing, product-description, manufacturer-data, inventory, or technical errors.

10. Product Descriptions and Images

Images may be manufacturer-provided, representative, stock, or show optional accessories. Colors, finishes, packaging, markings, specifications, accessories, and configuration may vary.

13. Layaway and Consignment

Layaway and consignment transactions may be governed by separate written agreements. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific agreement controls for that transaction.

14. Training and Classes

Training may be subject to separate rules, waivers, cancellation policies, and safety requirements. Completion of a class does not guarantee issuance of a government license, permit, certification, or other approval.

15. Safety

Firearms are inherently dangerous if handled, stored, maintained, or used improperly. Customers are responsible for following accepted safety practices, manufacturer instructions, proper storage, appropriate ammunition selection, and applicable law.

16. Product Modification and Installation

Improper installation, modification, assembly, ammunition selection, or use may result in property damage, serious injury, or death. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used safely and legally.

17. Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are generally provided by the manufacturer, not On Target Guns. We do not control a manufacturer's warranty determination, repair process, replacement decision, or turnaround time.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, On Target Guns branding, logos, graphics, photographs owned by us, text, page designs, marketing materials, videos, product presentations, and original written content are owned by or licensed to On Target Ventures LLC and protected by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless On Target Ventures LLC, On Target Guns, and their owners, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, false information, or unlawful purchase, transfer, possession, transportation, export, or use of a product.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

26. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law. To the extent permitted by law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or website use shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Hernando County, Florida.

27. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

28. Changes to These Terms
